Why investor skip tracing fails (and how to fix it)
Most cheap providers ($0.01–$0.03 per lookup) charge you whether or not they return anything. Their advertised 80% match rates are actually 80% response rates — meaning they returned some phone, but the line is disconnected, the carrier sold the number to someone else two years ago, or it's a landline that no one has answered since 2019.
The fix is two things: a better data graph (multi-sourced identity resolution rather than a single dataset), and pay-per-match billing (so the provider has skin in the game on accuracy). That's how we're set up.

You can use Skip Trace API three ways: paste-in CSV upload (no code), REST API (any language), or — once we open the integrations marketplace — direct connectors to GoHighLevel, REsimpli, BatchLeads, Podio, and Zapier. CRM integrations are gated to launch partners; if you want yours on the launch list, mention it on the waitlist form.
What you actually get back
For each successful match, you get:
- Up to 3 mobile numbers, ranked by recency and confidence
- Up to 2 landline numbers (when present)
- Personal email addresses
- Current mailing address (USPS-verified)
- Up to 3 prior addresses for skip-trace verification
- Confidence score (0–100) for the overall identity match
The confidence score is the part most providers don't give you. It tells you whether to call this person first or last in the queue.
Honest tradeoffs
We are not the cheapest option. If you only care about per-record cost and you're okay with the accuracy hit, Tracerfy and DataZapp are cheaper. If you want a turnkey investor platform with built-in dialer, lead manager, and DM tools, REsimpli or BatchLeads bundle skip tracing into a much bigger product (and charge for it).
